From network structure to a published episode

Newcast Digital connects episode preparation, release decisions, RSS distribution, and listener websites in a shared publishing workflow.

  1. 01

    Organize the network

Create the Channel and Show structure that matches your publishing operation. Use Network roles to give teammates the access they need for preparation, review, or administration.

  2. 02

    Prepare each release

Add episode titles, notes, numbering, type, rating, artwork, and audio. Use a single-episode draft while you are still preparing material, or review individual metadata in a file-based bulk batch.

  3. 03

    Choose when to publish

Keep unfinished work as a draft, publish a completed release immediately, or choose a future release time. Review each result rather than treating an upload as proof that publication succeeded.

  4. 04

    Review the listener website

Choose a website theme, configure sections and branding, and compare Desktop and Mobile previews. Review the draft’s Changes before publication. A custom domain also needs its hosting and DNS configuration to be ready.

    Publish a website
  5. 05

    Connect listening destinations

Copy the relevant RSS feed for directory submission and add the Show’s public listening-app links. External platforms control their own acceptance and update timing.

Check the fit for your team

Publishing rights depend on your role, and feature availability depends on your plan. Start by comparing the limits and features with your expected number of Shows, Episodes, teammates, and stored media.
